haven't we had this convo? how everything's been done?
i mean, krikey, i'm reading chaucer right now, and he was using post-modern self-awareness, in which the text comments on itself, the author is humorously written into the work as a bumbling, loud, chubby, shoe-gazing fool, and everyone hates his stories and tells him to shut up.
so, like, post-modernism 700 years before it was "invented".
so what's left to do? i dunno. i forget what we decided last time. something about originality vs authenticity.
whatever. anyway. do your thing and let the chips fall on your new white sweater, says i.
Our job is to reveal everything...sort of like opening the curtains to let light in on a subject forgotten or ilremembered(is that a word)
So for heaven's sake, keep DOING! (not to be confused with the sound a spring makes)
something lew dite wrote speaks to this in his book the curios treatise I'll have to find that quote!(oddly, his book is made up of other people have said, not an original word left out there!)
But alas, the subject of this post wasn't supposed to be about that, nor was it about eisles that spin like les tournesols. ah, the nature of the blog is fecund!

isn't that always the way...you think of making something and then there it is. It makes a blank canvas that much more intimidating.
