I am a true believer of "lo-fi". I think it shows more determination to convey a message. Every generation gives a nod to the previous, or even before in some form. I always envied the kids in my class who had the 100 pack of Crayolas. I always had the 24 pack.

Kind of a creepy scrap book. Recorded on a 4-track in the mid 90's. I think the sound quality still stands up.
man, i was in the label the other day, and it's crazy to think of the work we all did there.
sometimes low-fi makes you work harder, and as sarah caldwell says, the thing then becomes easier.

100 pack!
yeah, they had built in sharpeners, gold, silver, and flesh tone!
the beat's been with me all morning (in a good, not annoying get-that-song-out-of-my-head, way)
man, this song has staying power, just woke up with it in my head!
