Rebecca Black's video "Friday" has 165 milion views on YouTube. I think this is as least as important, if not MORE IMPORTANT, than the story about the congressman who's been sending around pictures of his rod/wang/johnson.

What does this tell us about society? Or should I say, the part of society that has access to youtube? Petty and cruel comes to mind. Poor sense of priorities? Or maybe they watch it like I do, hypnotized at the vaccuous stare of modern culture. When I think about the world today, I am struck with a fear so intense I imagine it's how I would feel if I stepped on a jaguars tail in the night.
