The staff at the Concert Hall was wondering if I recognized the artist of this painting. At first glance, it could be a Tom Thomson. There is no R. Kosh on the net, there is however a "Robert Koch". There is no date, but it has been up since the late 60's or early 70's. Look familiar anyone?
