"la revolution tranquille" et "lorne at work"



Both pretty rudimentary collages/watercolors that I did last year. Seems a bit messy and simple for you "real artists", but I thought I would share.

    You're a real artist! You could say "painterly" instead of messy, that might help.

    I could write your artist statement for you right now =P

    These watercolour-collage are an example of eloquence. Painterly and minimal, there is an honesty and deep contemplation evident. In the first example, "Lorne at work", we see "Lorne" "working"...

    La revolution tranquille is trying to send a message that the calm passage of nature is a tranquil protest against the anger and stress in developed human society. haha
